Christmas at home

The fireplace is becoming a very popular place now - here's a picture of me and Jodie when she visited the other day - what is she doing to the snowman?

In case you hadn't noticed it was Christmas day yesterday and Gran and Grandad Haynes, Great Gran Marge and Auntie Sarah all came to visit.

I had great fun ripping open all my presents....

...well for a little while until I found this at which point I seem to remember spending the rest of the time scooting round the house whilst everyone pretty much opened the rest of my presents for me.

Tomorrow we are going up to visit Grandma and Grandad Wardle so you never know I may get one or two more pressies :-) Unfortunately Daddy won't let me take my little ride-on with me!

Whoops...

I forgot to mention that on Saturday Mummy's friend Lisa visited us from London. She went with us to the Christmas Carnival and then I had a little nap whilst Mummy and Lisa ate chocolate caramel shortcake and drank hot chocolate in a cafe in Barton. They didn't save any for me!

I showed Lisa my toys and books back at home and gave her lots of cuddles. I hope I see her again soon.

Unfortunately mummy did not take any photos of me and Lisa.

It's Christmas!

Well ok, not quite yet but that didn't stop Mummy and Daddy taking me to see the New Milton Christmas carnival yesterday. The theme was "Cartoons" and there were lots of floats and people dressed up. Daddy says he didn't wear that hat to join in the fancy dress!

Then today we went to Plowmans Christmas Wonderland and I got to ride the train to Toyland. I really enjoyed seeing all the moving toys and lights. Unfortunately when the train arrived at Toyland I was the only child who didn't get to see Santa as the one who was going to have to pay for it said I might not appreciate it! pah!!
