Has spring finally sprung?

After waking up extremely late for some reason (I keep hearing "spring forward / fall back" being mentioned - wonder if that has something to do with it?), we finally got a nice day when I could spend some time in the garden. Mummy and Daddy went through the annual ceremony of taking the table and chairs out of the garage and cleaning them up and then we had lunch outside.

Well Mummy and Daddy did whilst I had fun tearing around the garden on my own. Look, I can even go down the slide now without any assistance!

Busy girl

Like my new shoes? They are very pink. I particularly like the velcro because it means I can take them off easily, much to mummy's frustration.

Look, I can get in the bath all my myself. Something is not quite right, I have my clothes on and there is no water.

Playing with Playdoh. Actually Tegan and I were rather enjoying eating it.

Daddy bought me a booster seat so that I can sit up at the table. I am eating my dinner very nicely but how long will it last....

(So called) organised chaos!

The house has been a bit of a mess this week. A builder came and moved the doorway into the kitchen in preparation for a new kitchen being fitted later this year. He's created a rather interesting opening under the stairs which I am told is to be for a downstairs loo. Whether it will be ready for when I start needing it is questionable!!!

Orpington

Last week I went to Orpington to visit the Haynes side of the family. I went to Auntie Manda's and Uncle Gary's for dinner and had fun playing with Uncle Gary.

I then went on a train to London with gran and grandad and saw where Mummy used to work.

Table and Chairs

Today we went to Bournemouth so that Daddy could get measured up for the suit he is going to wear at Auntie Jayne and Uncle Adrian's wedding in April. On the way there we picked me up a table and chair set that Daddy had bought on eBay. As you can see the chairs have different animals on them with an Elephant, Lion, Rhino and Hippo.

I think it must have been as a reward for me behaving myself during the looonnngggg wait in Debenhams!

Busy busy

I only had a day at home and then Mummy and I went away again. This time it was to Kingston to visit Isobel and her little boy Alex. Helen also visited. We walked down to the river Thames to feed the ducks. I then had fun playing with Helen and Alex. He was not too impressed at me poking him in the eye.

Lyme Bay

We went on holiday to Charmouth near Lyme Regis with Gran, Grandad and Auntie Sarah a couple of weeks ago. We had a really nice time (although I did manage to give most people my cold by the end of the holiday) and the weather was great. It meant we could go for some really long walks...

...we tried fossil hunting...

... and I got to play on the beach although it was a bit colder (and more stony) than I might have liked...

...all in all, quite exhausting!
